In Indre Østfold municipality and Marker there are several places where you can borrow a microchip scanner. This helps you identify the animal’s owner quickly. After you scan the chip you can check the code in the DyreID.no register to find the owner’s information.

After you have scanned the microchip on a dog or cat, you can look up the code in the DyreID.no register. There you will find the information registered to the microchip, so you can quickly identify the animal’s owner.
Esso Spydeberg
Esso Spydeberg now offers a microchip scanner for residents of Indre Østfold who need to identify a lost pet. The scanner can be borrowed from the station, which is centrally located in Spydeberg, for up to 24 hours.

🔎 Hobøl Auto – microchip scanner lending
The Hobøl Auto workshop, only 100 metres from Elvestadkrysset, offers microchip scanner lending if you have found a lost pet. Located midway between Tomter and Ringvoll, the workshop is easy to reach for most people in Indre Østfold.

Hobøl Auto is well known in Indre Østfold and is located by Elvestadkrysset. In addition to vehicle services, the site has a fuel station with freshly made food and its own diner.
